Am I eligible for any upgrade discounts if I'm a returning customer who's purchased WriteMapper in the past?

Yes, we offer discounts to repeat customers.

1. Upgrading From A Prior Version of WriteMapper

You may get half off the full purchase price if you're upgrading from an older version of WriteMapper.

If you've previously purchased an older version of WriteMapper (versions 1, 2, and 3), you're entitled to purchasing the latest version of WriteMapper (version 4) at the discounted rate of 50% off the full purchase price.

Kindly send us an email using your original purchase email address, indicating you'd like to purchase an upgrade to the latest version.

After receiving your email, we will manually verify your previous purchase. We'll thereafter reply with a payment link for you to purchase the upgrade. Please notify us once more via email when you have completed this payment, so we can send you your new license code(s).

2. Purchasing Additional WriteMapper Licenses

If you wish to purchase additional WriteMapper licenses after your initial purchase has been made, you may pay the difference in pricing tiers to get them.

For example, if you initially purchased one license code, and later discovered you needed another, you can purchase that additional license code for the difference in price between the listed prices of the single licence code pricing tier, and the dual license code pricing tier.

To initiate this upgrade purchase, reach out to us via email from your purchase email address, including information about your license code and how many additional licenses you'd like to purchase.

This offer is only available for the most current of WriteMapper. This offer expires three (3) months after the original purchase has been made. This offer is limited to one use per customer, and is also limited to the pricing tiers offering one (1), two (2), and five (5) license codes.
