If your query seems like it might be a commonly asked question, you may be able to find your answer within our support articles and FAQs, without needing to await an email response from us.
Use the instant search feature at the top of the Support page to quickly locate an existing article relevant to your query.
In the case where you have a license code but aren't able to use it with a fresh install of WriteMapper, having previously used it before, you may be able to resolve this via the License Manager.
Performing a reset of the license code from the License Manager could fix it, without needing to await an email reponse from us. You may also find this support article on the subject to be of relevance.
Feedback & Suggestions
If you have a suggestion about WriteMapper which doesn't require a response from us, kindly indicate this by including "[FEEDBACK]" (without quotes) in the subject of an email to [email protected].
We read and note all of the feedback and suggestions we receive. Not requiring a response helps us reduce the time spent writing a reply, and in turn spend more time on other parts of WriteMapper.
Where applicable, we would highly appreciate it if you attach or link to screen captures or screen recordings of what you're trying to illustrate, to make it easier for us to comprehend.
If you encounter a bug with WriteMapper, kindly report it using this email template, and filling out the relevant details. A support article on how to check your version of WriteMapper may be found here.
Where possible, please also attach a copy of the .writemap file or exported text documents that you're facing issues with in your email to us. This will really help us identify the issue even more quickly.
Knowing exactly what the issue encountered is, and the sequence of actions to make in order to reproduce the bug, goes a long way in helping us replicate, find and then fix the issue.
