Support ArticlesIn the case where you have a license code but aren't able to use it with a fresh install of WriteMapper, having previously used it before, you may be able to resolve this via the License Manager.
Performing a reset of the license code from the License Manager could fix it, without needing to await an email reponse from us. You may also find this support article on the subject to be of relevance.
License ManagerIf you have a suggestion about WriteMapper which doesn't require a response from us, kindly indicate this by including "[FEEDBACK]" (without quotes) in the subject of an email to [email protected].
