Should you require it, we'll perform a full refund on your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, for any reason, no questions asked.
Along with that refund, do note that the license codes you purchased will also be revoked and subsequently become invalid.
Refunds for purchases requested more than fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase are not accepted.
This policy applies to the Solo, Universal and Group licenses purchased via our store page, in quantities of one (1), two (2) and five (5) respectively.
This policy does not apply to Cohort bulk purchases, in quantities greater than six (6) license codes. For refund requests for Cohort bulk purchases, kindly contact us via email with your request.
For refund requests for purchases on the iOS or iPadOS App Store, please contact Apple Support directly with your request.
