Do you have a refund policy?


Should you require it, we'll perform a full refund on your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Kindly email us with your purchase details indicating you'd like a refund, so that we may get the process underway.

Along with that refund, do note that the license codes you purchased will also be revoked and subsequently become invalid.

You are strongly encouraged to make full use of your trial before purchasing, in order to determine if the app suits your needs. Please find more details about how to request extensions of your trial period here.

Refunds for purchases requested more than fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase are not accepted.

This policy applies to the Solo, Universal and Group licenses purchased via our store page, in quantities of one (1), two (2) and five (5) respectively.

This policy does not apply to Cohort bulk purchases, in quantities greater than six (6) license codes. For refund requests for Cohort bulk purchases, kindly contact us via email with your request.
