My Alumni email address is not being accepted, what does this mean?

Education

You need to be currently enrolled or employed at the institution in order to qualify for an Education License.

We are unable to accept email addresses containing 'Alumni' (or similar variants of) as these email addresses are commonly provided to those who have graduated and are no longer a student.
