My Education License has expired. How do I renew it?

You may do so via the License Manager on our website.

Your Education License grants full-featured access to WriteMapper for one year, and is renewable annually after expiry, as long as you are eligible. To perform a renewal, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are still eligible for an Education License by reviewing who is eligible.
2. Use your education email to obtain an access code to let you into the License Manager.
3. After verifying your access code, you will be presented with the License Manager interface.
4. For any of your license codes with the status " Expired (Renewal Required)", you may click "Show Details" to reveal the " Renew Education License" button for performing the renewal.
5. Click "Ok" on the confirmation message, then open the WriteMapper app on your computer and re-enter your education license details.

You can also find your license's expiration date under the 'Valid Until' field when you sign in to the License Manager.

The License Manager is available only to users who have at least one license code tied to their email address.
